   Our website provides general information about our design services. Specific project details, deliverables, and payment terms will be outlined in a separate written agreement between you and D&E Design Duo.

4. Payments and Refunds
   For clients engaging our services, a deposit is required to begin work and the final payment is due upon project completion, as outlined in the client contract. All payment and refund terms are governed by the signed client agreement.

5. Content You Submit
   If you submit any content to us through the Site — including through contact forms, inquiries, or other correspondence — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for the purposes of responding to you, improving our services, and operating our business. You represent that any content you submit is your own or that you have the right to submit it.
